These Terms and Conditions govern your use of USDT Turbo Core Pro Simulator, package name com.usdt.turbo.core.simulator.ix, provided by Dharvi International (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By installing or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

  1. Entertainment-Only Simulation

USDT Turbo Core Pro Simulator is a virtual simulation created solely for entertainment purposes.

The Application does not:

• Mine USDT or any other cryptocurrency
• Use your device hardware for real cryptocurrency mining
• Connect to a blockchain or mining pool
• Provide a cryptocurrency wallet or exchange
• Process deposits, payments, transfers or withdrawals
• Provide investment or financial services
• Generate real-world income or financial returns

  1. Virtual Values

All balances, session outputs, hash rates, missions, multipliers, mining tiers and related values displayed in the Application are fictional and virtual.

Virtual values:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are not real USDT or cryptocurrency
• Cannot be purchased, sold or traded through the Application
• Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, redeemed or exchanged
• Do not represent a promise of future payment or profit

References to mining, vaults, claims, missions, yields, hash rates or USDT describe simulated gameplay only.

  1. Application Features

The Application may allow users to:

• Run timed virtual mining sessions
• View simulated hash rates and session output
• Progress through cosmetic boost tiers
• Complete daily check-in missions
• View virtual streak multipliers
• Review locally stored session history
• Reset locally stored simulation data

Features, timings, virtual values, tier requirements and visual elements may be changed, corrected, suspended or removed in future versions.

  1. No Financial Advice

Nothing in the Application constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax or trading advice. Do not make financial decisions based on simulated values or information displayed in the Application.

You should consult an appropriately qualified professional before making financial or investment decisions.

  1. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

You must use the Application lawfully and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, disrupt or misuse the Application except where applicable law permits
• Attempt to access systems or data without authorization
• Introduce malicious code or interfere with Application operation
• Misrepresent virtual balances as real cryptocurrency or monetary assets
• Use the Application for fraud, deception or unlawful activity
• Copy or commercially exploit Application content without authorization

  1. Local Data and Data Reset

Simulation progress is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device.

Progress may be lost if you:

• Clear Application data
• Use the in-app reset option
• Uninstall the Application
• Change or reset your device
• Restore an incompatible backup
• Encounter device or software failure

We are not obligated to restore lost virtual balances, streaks, tiers or session records. Resetting data is intended to permanently remove locally stored simulation progress.

  1. Internet and External Links

An internet connection may be used to retrieve Privacy Policy and Terms URLs and to open those pages in an external browser. Gameplay data is designed to remain locally stored.

External websites and services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy or content of third-party websites.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Application’s design, software, graphics, text, branding and other original content are owned by or licensed to the Service Provider and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Application for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

  1. Third-Party Names and Trademarks

All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. References to USDT or cryptocurrency terminology are used descriptively within a fictional simulation.

USDT Turbo Core Pro Simulator is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or officially connected with Tether, any cryptocurrency issuer, blockchain network, exchange, wallet provider or financial institution.

  1. Availability and Updates

The Application is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or permanent availability of any feature.

Updates may modify features or require a supported operating-system version. We may suspend or discontinue the Application where reasonably necessary.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Application will be error-free or that simulated calculations will always be complete or uninterrupted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Application.

The Service Provider is not responsible for financial decisions, expected profits, loss of virtual progress, device issues, network interruptions or misunderstandings concerning the simulated nature of the Application.

  1. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the Application if you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Application or create a security or legal risk.

You may stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Application is also governed by the Privacy Policy for USDT Turbo Core Pro Simulator.

  1. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical or Application changes. Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider operates, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your country.
